As many of us know based on experience or prior knowledge, there are always ‘standards’ that each gender in society must uphold. One of the most concerning standards that women had to go through was their appearance and how they looked to men in society. However, this isn’t also limited to just men, but also job interviews and much more. Beauty standards set on women comes in direct correlation to the ‘glass ceiling’.
